Practice Complaints Procedure
In the event of a complaint we would welcome the opportunity to resolve any concerns you have swiftly. In the first instance, please ask to speak to the Practice Manager. If this fails to produce a satisfactory resolution you have the option to take your complaint forward to the Dental Complaints Service whose aim it is to resolve complaints about private dental services.
